Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who registers for, exhibits at, or attends an event produced by Hivve Events (Home Hivve™).

1. Registration and payment

A vendor space is confirmed only when payment is received in full. Selecting a space creates a temporary hold; if payment is not completed within the hold window, the space returns to inventory. Holiday Shopping Marketplace vendors must be approved before they can pay, and approval is at our discretion so the marketplace stays varied. Pricing and add-ons are as shown at checkout.

All vendor registration fees and payments are non-refundable. By completing registration and submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that all amounts paid are final and non-refundable, except if otherwise expressly determined by Home Hivve Events in its sole discretion. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

2. Event cancellation, postponement and changes

Home Hivve Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or alter the event due to circumstances including, but not limited to, severe weather, acts of God, emergencies, government restrictions or orders, venue-related issues, safety concerns, circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, or other circumstances that make holding the event impractical or unsafe. This includes changes to the date, hours, venue, layout, attractions or programming, including Santa Joe hours.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, vendor registration and payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date unless Home Hivve Events determines otherwise.

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, Home Hivve Events will determine, in its reasonable discretion and based on the circumstances of the cancellation, whether any vendor credit, transfer, or refund will be offered. Vendors acknowledge that Home Hivve Events may incur substantial non-recoverable expenses prior to the event and that a cancellation does not automatically entitle a vendor to a refund.

Home Hivve Events is not responsible for vendor travel expenses, lodging, staffing costs, inventory costs, lost revenue, lost profits, or other expenses or damages arising from an event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or modification. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Categories and what you may sell

Home Professional spaces are sold by service category and category capacity is limited to protect the value of each space. You may exhibit and sell only within the category you registered for and the products or services you described. Displaying outside your approved category, or bringing an unapproved second business into your space, may result in removal without refund.

4. Booth placement

All placement is assigned by Hivve Events. We consider space type, category mix, power needs and traffic flow. Specific locations, neighbors and end-of-row positions are not guaranteed beyond the space type purchased, and the floor plan may change up to and during the show.

5. Setup, staffing and conduct

  • Vendors must set up and be ready before doors open and stay staffed until close.
  • Displays, signage and merchandise must stay inside your assigned space; aisles must remain clear.
  • No aggressive selling, roaming solicitation, amplified sound that disrupts neighbors, open flames, or anything the venue prohibits.
  • Staff must wear the name badges issued for your business. Badge names are collected during registration.
  • Leave your space clean and remove all materials during the posted teardown window.

6. Insurance, licenses and taxes

Vendors are independent businesses. You are responsible for your own general liability insurance, a certificate of insurance when requested, any required licenses or permits (including food handling), and for collecting and remitting your own sales tax.

7. Liability

Hivve Events is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, or for injury or loss arising from your participation or attendance, except where caused by our own negligence and to the extent required by law. Our total liability to a vendor is limited to the amount that vendor paid for their space. Vendors agree to indemnify Hivve Events and the venue for claims arising from their own products, services, staff or displays.

8. Photography and marketing

We photograph and film our shows for recaps and marketing. By attending or exhibiting you agree that we may use those images. Confirmed vendors may be listed in our public directory and show marketing using their business name, logo, description and links.

9. Attendees

Attendee registration and the Santa Joe experience are free. Santa visits are first-come, first-served and may end early if capacity or scheduled hours are reached. We may refuse entry or remove anyone acting unsafely or disruptively.

10. Contact and governing law
