What we collect

• Attendees: name, email, ZIP code, number of children visiting Santa Joe (when provided) and whether you opted in to future show updates.
• Vendors and applicants: business name, contact name, email, phone, website and social links, business/product descriptions, product photos, logo, certificate of insurance, staff names for badges and your space selection.
• Payments: we store the amount, currency, status and payment reference. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information to run the show: confirming registrations, reviewing marketplace applications, assigning categories and booth placement, printing name badges, collecting insurance documents, and sending show logistics. If you opted in, we may email you about future Home Hivve shows. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email and asking to be removed.

Payment processing

Vendor payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant checkout and are never stored on our servers. Stripe processes your payment information as its own controller under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only the outcome of the payment (paid, expired, refunded) and a reference number.

Public vendor data vs. private data

Confirmed vendors appear in our public vendor directory. Public information is limited to: business name, logo, category, business description, website and social links.

The following is never published and is visible only to the Hivve Events organizing team: contact name, email address, phone number, certificate of insurance, staff badge names, payment records and application notes.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the show — our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider and Stripe — and where required by law or venue safety requirements.

Retention and your choices

We keep registration and payment records as long as needed for accounting and show history. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to be removed from marketing emails, by contacting us at homehivve@gmail.com. Requests that conflict with legal or accounting obligations may be limited to removing you from marketing and public listings.

Children

Our site is not directed to children. We only collect the number of children attending the Santa Joe experience so we can plan capacity — never their names or details.
