Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to every paid vendor space at a Hivve Events show, including Home Professional booths and Holiday Shopping Marketplace spaces.
All vendor payments are non-refundable
All vendor registration fees and payments are non-refundable. By completing registration and submitting payment, the vendor acknowledges and agrees that all amounts paid are final and non-refundable, except if otherwise expressly determined by Home Hivve Events in its sole discretion.
- This includes booth fees, table fees, space fees, electricity and other add-ons, and any other vendor fees.
- It applies whether or not the vendor attends the event, and regardless of how far in advance a cancellation request is made.
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Cancelling your participation
If you can no longer attend, please email us from the address used on your registration and include your business name and the show you registered for so we can update the floor plan and show materials. Payments already made remain non-refundable.
No-shows and transfers
A vendor who does not arrive during setup is treated as a no-show and no refund or credit is issued. Spaces are assigned to a specific business and category and cannot be transferred, sublet or shared without written approval.
Event cancellation, postponement or modification
Home Hivve Events reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or alter the event due to circumstances including, but not limited to, severe weather, acts of God, emergencies, government restrictions or orders, venue-related issues, safety concerns, circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, or other circumstances that make holding the event impractical or unsafe.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, vendor registration and payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date unless Home Hivve Events determines otherwise.
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, Home Hivve Events will determine, in its reasonable discretion and based on the circumstances of the cancellation, whether any vendor credit, transfer, or refund will be offered. Vendors acknowledge that Home Hivve Events may incur substantial non-recoverable expenses prior to the event and that a cancellation does not automatically entitle a vendor to a refund.
Home Hivve Events is not responsible for vendor travel expenses, lodging, staffing costs, inventory costs, lost revenue, lost profits, or other expenses or damages arising from an event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or modification.
Attendee tickets
Attendee registration is free, so there is nothing to refund. The Santa Joe experience is free and first-come, first-served.
By completing a paid vendor registration you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy. Your acceptance and its timestamp are stored with your registration.
